Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
To analyse, optimize and improve the processes for customer projects and/or computerized processes thanks to your know-how (methods and technique) 
in accordance with customer specifications or commitments, safety regulations, internal rules and regulations, work processes, operating processes, quality control and the corporate culture.

1. TO CONTRIBUTE TO DESIGN 
Field of action: “computerized processes or activity processes”
To analyse flows and needs (resources, equipment)
According to the modelling of the future organization, implement the associated processes 
To carry out the differential analysis between the needs and current IT systems
To propose solutions to optimize processes 

2. TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESS
Field of action: “methods and tools for analysis, migration and auditing of computerized processes” 
To design and/or improve tools and methods 
To promote their use

Field of action: “the processes of the activity” 
To analyse the needs of resources and equipment
To propose solutions to the operators and the customer
To design improvement plans or new processes 
To manage the implementation of plans or new processes

3. TO ASSESS RELEVANCE AND RESULTS  
Field of action: “computerized processes or activity processes”
To prepare, manage and audit (see job description for internal auditors)
To analyse flows of goods and IT flows
To develop tools to assess the performance of processes 
To draw up documents for the analysis 
To propose preventive actions or actions for improvement 

4. TO KEEP INFORMED  
Field of action: “specialized field”
To keep informed about changes: technological progress – competitors - regulations
To assess opportunities and the efficiency of new processes  
To inform about any necessary change

5. TO CARRY OUT ANY PUNCTUAL TASK ENTRUSTED BY THE HIERARCHICAL OR FUNCTIONAL SUPERIOR

6. TO FOLLOW UP, REPORT AND INFORM
Field of action: “all the indicators mentioned in the job”
To gather or generate data-entry
To communicate and update: inform your superiors about any problem encountered, gather and transfer work specifications, indicators for project monitoring, etc
To analyse 
To implement action plans 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 3-5 years of logistics experience
3. Fluent in English
4. Good communication & coordination skills
5. Excellent analysis skill.
